Interstate 77 has reopened after a crash involving three tractor trailers.The crash was reported about 5 a.m. Tuesday between the Mossy and Mahan exits.West Virginia State Police say one of the tractor trailer drivers jack-knifed, then another semi crashed into the concrete barrier.Troopers say the driver of the second semi was taken to the hospital. The driver of the third semi was not hurt.The northbound lanes and one southbound lane were closed for several hours before reopening at 10 a.m
