DENVER, CO : 1 killed in two-vehicle crash in Denver on Saturday, 2nd March 2024

Police in Denver are investigating a two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning that left a 19-year-old man dead.

The crash occurred around 1 a.m. at the intersection of North Speer Boulevard and West Colfax Avenue, according to police.

The victim, who was declared deceased at the scene, was a passenger in a vehicle that police said was being driven by a 19-year-old man.

Police said the 19-year-old driver was arrested for investigation of vehicular homicide and DUI.

The other involved motorist reported at the time that he was not injured, according to police.
