Winchester, N.H : Boy in hospital following Pisgah crash on Monday, August 18, 2014

A 16-year-old boy was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital with leg and back injuries on Monday following an off-highway recreational vehicle accident in Pisgah State Park.
According to Winchester Police Cpl. Cameron Prior, his department responded to a reported crash at Pisgah, about a mile past Broad Brook Pond, at 1 p.m. The Winchester fire and ambulance departments, the Hinsdale Fire Department and Diluzio Ambulance Service also responded to the scene. An emergency helicopter was dispatched, but was later canceled.
Prior told the Reformer the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department is investigating the cause of the crash, but alcohol does not appear to have been a factor.
