Fremont ,OH : 55- Years old Kelly D. Dellinger killed another injured after Two vehicle Crash along County Road 260 on Sunday ,May 17th 2015

Troopers are investigating a deadly crashing involving two vehicles in Townsend Township Sunday.

Officials said it happened shortly before 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 260 and County Road 247.

Kelly D. Dellinger, 55, of Fremont, Ohio was was traveling southbound on CR 260 when troopers say he failed to yield at the stop sign and was struck by an incoming vehicle driven by Heather M. Huss, 33, of Fremont, Ohio.

Dellinger was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle, officials said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Huss struck a highway traffic sign and came to rest in a field. She was sent by air ambulance to Promedica Toledo Hospital. A passenger in her vehicle, Adam F. Huss, 32, was sent to Firelands Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. According to troopers, both people wore their seat belts at the time of the crash.

Troopers say alcohol does not appear to be a factor in this crash.
