One lane has reopened to traffic following a crash on Interstate 664 in Hampton Thursday afternoon.

The south center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are still closed. Traffic is backed up about 1 mile, according to VDOT.

Emergency crews are responding to a crash on southbound Interstate 664 in Hampton, VDOT traffic cameras show.

The crash is near mile marker 2.5, between Powhatan Parkway and Aberdeen Road.

All southbound lanes are currently blocked. Traffic is crawling by on the shoulder.
