Brainerd,MA : Little Falls man dies in 2-vehicle crash on March, Wednesday 14th 2018

A 41-year-old Little Falls man is dead after a two-vehicle crash Wednesday north of Little Falls.

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office received a report at 7:44 a.m. of the crash at 213th Street and 175th Avenue, 2 miles east of Highway 371, which involved a GMC Sierra truck driven by 24-year-old Nickolas Retka and a Saturn car driven by Christian Seidl, 41, both of Little Falls.


Seidl was eastbound on 213th Street and Retka was southbound on 175th Avenue when they collided. Seidl was pronounced dead at the scene. Information on whether Retka was injured was unavailable.

The sheriff's office was assisted at the scene by the Minnesota State Patrol, Little Falls Fire Department, Morrison County Public Works, Gold Cross Ambulance and Life Link III. The state patrol will assist the sheriff's office with crash reconstruction. The case is under investigation.
