Las Vegas, NV : Two-car crash sent a person to the hospital in critical condition on late Friday August 15th 2014

A two-car crash in the northeast Las Vegas Valley sent a person to the hospital in critical condition late Friday. Two others sustained nonlife-threatening injuries in the crash that happened at about 10 p.m. near Lake Mead Boulevard and Christy Lane, Metro Police Lt. Roger Price said. They were also taken to University Medical Center. The at-fault driver remained at the scene, and police are investigating whether alcohol was a factor, Price said.
