QUINCY, IL : Broadway crash injures two on Withers Road near Scotties Fun Spot on Tuesday, 31st December, 2019

A Tuesday afternoon crash on Broadway injured both drivers.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department said that a 2010 Mercury Milan driven by Hannah Davis, 20, of Quincy, was traveling north on Withers Road near Scotties Fun Spot, crossing the eastbound lane of Broadway to turn west, at 12:27 p.m. as a 2019 Toyota Highlander driven by Ashley Fischer, 35, of Fowler, was traveling east on Broadway. The department said the Highlander struck the driver's side of the Mercury.

Fischer was taken by Adams County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital with minor injuries. Davis was treated at the scene, later going to Blessing by private vehicle.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the department said.
