TUCSON, AZ : 1 dead after a crashed car found on roof of a Tucson home on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016

Fire crews responding to reports of an explosion discovered instead a car that had crashed and wound up upside down on the roof of Tucson home.

Tucson Fire arrived on the scene on the city's east side just after 7 p.m. Saturday.

According to authorities, the crash was fatal.

No details about the victim have been released yet.

Authorities say the one resident inside the home at the time of the crash escaped injury.
