WHITLEY COUNTY, IN : U.S. 30 reopens after semi crash in Whitley on on Thursday, December 22nd 2016

A semi and car collided on U.S. 30 near County Road 600 East in Whitley County early Thursday morning, according to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department.
