York, PA : Man dies after dirt bike crash in York on Sunday September 4 2016
A 22-year-old Windsor Twp. man died after the dirt bike he was driving crashed in York Sunday afternoon, York County Coroner Pam Gay said.
David Telp Jr. was operating the motorcycle on Prospect Street near Vander Avenue around 1:05 p.m. when a second vehicle collided with Telp's, Gay said.
Telp, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to York Hospital following the crash. He died at 3:12 p.m., Gay said.
His cause of death has been listed as multiple blunt force trauma, and ruled accidental, the coroner's office reported.
Additional details, including the condition of the driver of the second vehicle, were not immediately available.
York City Police were not immediately available for comment.
