Voorhees, N.J : Motorist killed in a crash near Kresson Golf Course on Sunday morning, January 22, 2017

The driver of an SUV was killed Sunday morning in a crash near Kresson Golf Course.

Voorhees police said the victim was a township resident but did not identify the driver.

The one-vehicle crash occurred about 10:25 a.m. when a northbound Range Rover veered off Kresson-Gibbsboro Road and struck several trees.

Officers and emergency medical personnel responded quickly but the driver died at the scene, police said.
