MENAHGA, MN : Hawick woman injured in weekend crash on U.S. Highway 71 on Sunday, 16th December 2018
A Hawick woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash over the weekend in northern Minnesota.
The accident was reported at 11:54 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 71 in Menahga, in Wadena County.
According to the State Patrol, a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer, driven by Tate Lee Usher, 16, of Park Rapids, was going north on Highway 71 and stopped to make a left-hand turn when it was rear-ended by a 2010 Chevrolet Express driven by Stacy Lyn Aho, 41, of Menhaga.
Usher and a passenger in his vehicle, Maria Guadalupe Elmore, 27, of Hawick, were taken to Park Rapids Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Aho was not injured.
