JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL : Highway 31 NB reopens following 2-vehicle accident involving concrete truck on Thursday, 31st January 2019

Fultondale Fire Department was on the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Hwy 31 at the I-65 interchange.
A concrete truck was overturned.
Officials say Highway 31 Northbound was shutdown for several hours. All lanes have reopened.
