FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL : Crews called to crash on I-57 on Sunday, 7th July 2024

Emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash on Interstate 57 in Franklin County, Illinois on Sunday, July 7.

According to the Franklin County EMA, the crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-57 near the 70-mile marker.

This is near the Benton exit.

There is limited information at this time, but drivers were asked to avoid the area and take alternate routes of travel.
