Bedford, N.H : Two people injured after a car crash in the area of 366 South River Road on Friday afternoon, July 29, 2016
South River Road in Bedford closed at Technology Drive Friday afternoon after a serious car accident left two people with life-threatening injuries.
Police, fire crews, and emergency medical services personnel were sent to the 2:45 p.m. crash in the area of 366 South River Road.
Police said a sedan was moving at a high rate of speed when it hit a utility pole before it went airborne over a fence and landed in the front yard of a nearby home.
Three people were inside the car and two were ejected. All received serious injuries but the two who were ejected had injuries that were life-threatening.
Police expect the road to stay closed until later Friday night and are using Technology Drive as a detour.
Anyone who may have seen the crash is asked to call officer Robert Lavoie or Sgt.
