Memphis ,TN : One dead after crashing into a tree on early Saturday morning,July 25th 2015

A man was killed after crashing his car into a tree at Callis Cutoff east of Germantown Road early Saturday morning.

A witness passing by the crash called police after noticing the car wrapped around a tree.

When investigators arrived on the scene, they found the body of a 38-year-old man. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The medical examiner is performing an autopsy. The victim has not been identified.
