A 33-year-old Binghamton man was killed Saturday in a head-on crash between two ATVs Saturday in Lewis County.
Colin Barr was pronounced dead at Lewis County General Hospital after the crash in the Town of Croghan, according to Lewis County Sheriff's deputies.
Police say the crash occurred at 3:12 p.m., when a 2016 Polaris Razr 600 operated by 18-year-old Seth Verschneider, of Croghan, was traveling south on Jerden Falls Road when his ATV collided with a 2008 Suzuki LTR 450Z ATV operated by Barr.
According to sheriff's deputies, Barr had been entering Jerden Falls Road from Blanchard Truck Trail at the time of the collision.
The crash remains under investigation by the sheriff's office, police said Monday.
