Bend ,OR:Driver of car killed in collision with school bus on Thursday ,September 3rd 2015

The driver of a passenger vehicle was killed in a collision with a school bus on Santiam Pass between the Willamette Valley and Bend.

Authorities say nobody on the bus was hurt in the Thursday crash on Highway 20.

More than three-dozen high school soccer players from Eugene were traveling to a game in Bend, along with a coach, assistant coach and driver.

Eugene School District spokeswoman Kerry Delf says the game at Summit High School was canceled.

the students are from Sheldon High School. They were taken to the Sisters School District and were expected to return to Eugene Thursday night.
