Drivers heading into downtown Cleveland early Friday on I-90 East were stuck in stop-and-go traffic due to a tanker truck crash near W. 44th. The accident, which happened shortly after 2 a.m., caused the closure of all eastbound lanes on I-90 for several hours. By the main rush, only one lane was passable Motorists were encouraged to use Route 2 and I-480 as alternates.
