Oklahoma City, OK : Crews responding to deadly I-40 crash in Oklahoma City on Monday afternoon, June 27, 2016

Crews are responding to a deadly crash Monday afternoon on Interstate 40.

The crash is near eastbound I-40 and North Mustang Road.

Officials said a semi-truck crashed into the rear of a vehicle.

Two people inside the vehicle were hurt, and one was killed. The other person hurt is being extricated from the vehicle.

The semi-truck driver was not hurt.

Eastbound I-40 is closed between Czech Hall Road and Mustang Road due to the crash. Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
