A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash on Amboy Road in Huguenot on Friday afternoon, according to the FDNY.

A patient in serious, but stable, condition was transported to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze following the crash that was reported at 12:35 p.m. at Amboy Road and Kingdom Avenue, said the spokesman for the FDNY/EMS.

The mangled blue motorcycle was seen on the road in front of Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. Church auditorium.

A four-door, silver Toyota sedan with a cracked windshield also was at the scene.

A senior citizen man and woman who were traveling in the sedan before the crash were being treated at the scene by EMS, witnesses said. The sedan had handicapped license plates.
