WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD : 2 dead, 3 injured after 4 tractor-trailers, 2 vehicles involved in Hagerstown I-81 crash on Friday, 1st September 2023

Two people are dead, and three other people are injured after at least six vehicles were involved in a crash on Interstate 81 in Hagerstown Friday, Maryland State Police said.

Troopers said they responded to I-81 southbound for reports of a multi-vehicle crash around 9:40 a.m.

When they arrived, troopers found that four tractor-trailers and two passenger vehicles were involved in the crash.
