A woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver early Monday morning on a Capital Beltway off-ramp in Prince George's County.
Officers reported the crash around 3:20 a.m. on the off-ramp from Interstate-495 to Central Avenue in the Capitol Heights area.
The woman died at the scene. Authorities say the driver of the involved vehicle did not remain on the scene.
