BULLITT COUNTY, KY : 1 dead in single-vehicle crash in Bullitt County on Highway 44 on Wednesday, 13th March 2019

Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in Bullitt County on Highway 44 at Watergate Drive.

Officials said a Ford Ranger left the roadway for an unknown reason, struck the roadway approach from Watergate Drive, went airborne and struck a telephone pole around 11 a.m. Wednesday.A 44-year-old white female was pronounced dead at the scene.

The roadway was closed for approximately two hours for investigation.
