Clearwater ,FL : 78- years old man killed and two others injured after Car Crash along Us 19 on Tuesday evening ,May 26th 2015

A 78-year-old Clearwater man was killed in a car crash Tuesday evening, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Robert Andrew Tulenko was a passenger in a Kia Soul that was struck about 5:17 p.m. at U.S. 19 and Boy Scout Road, troopers said. The car was driven by Helen Ruth Tulenko, 74, who suffered serious injuries, according to authorities.

Troopers said the Tulenkos were northbound on U.S. 19 and failed to yield to a car southbound in the opposite lanes as they turned left. That car, a Chevrolet HHR driven by Tatiana Emilia Gresko, 20, of Tarpon Springs, hit the right side of the Tulenkos' vehicle, according to the FHP. Gresko suffered minor injuries.
