Wilmington , NC : Woman charged in head-on collision near Independence Blvd after She lost control and cross over the median and crash into an oncoming vehicle On Wednesday , January 14th 2015

A Wilmington woman has been charged following a head-on collision in the 2200 block of Independence Blvd. just before 5 p.m. Wednesday.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, a Honda Civic operated by Mary Kropp, 38, was driving south on Independence when she passed out and lost control of her vehicle, causing it to cross over the median and crash into an oncoming vehicle head-on.
