Horton,KS : Horton man killed in crash involving car and semi-tractor in Brown County on August, Tuesday 1st 2017

A man was killed after the vehicle he was in was struck by a semi-tractor Tuesday in Brown County.The incident was reported at 6:57 a.m. Tuesday.According to the Kansas Highway Patrol’s crash log, Joseph A. Taisipic, 48, of Horton, was a passenger in a 2008 Ford Focus driven by Ronald K. Brook, 46, of Willis. The Focus was southbound on U75 when it came to a stop, preparing to turn onto K20. It was struck in the rear by a semi-tractor driven by Joseph Little, 46, of Page, N.D.Taisipic was killed. Brook was listed as having a possible injury and was transported to Stormont Vail. Little wasn’t injured.All three men were wearing their seat belts, the log indicated.
