Lewes, DE : Pedestrian crash closes Route 1 northbound near Lewes on Thursday, 20th February, 2020

A serious pedestrian crash at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 20 has closed Route 1 northbound near Shady Road.

Motorists should expect traffic delays and avoid the area if possible, said Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe of the Delaware State Police.
