Durham ,NC : 50 - Year Old Pedestrain killed in Crash after struck by tractor trailer along Interstate 40 on Saturday morning ,March 21dt 2015

Authorities say a tractor trailer driven by Hoang Tran of Liberty struck a 50-year-old pedestrian around dawn Saturday morning along Interstate 40. Darryl Williams of Durham was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say Williams stepped out from the right shoulder where his car was parked and into the travel lane.


No charges have been filed in the cases, which remain under investigation.
