BENTON COUNTY, WA : One injured in crash on Highway 82 in Benton County on Saturday, 23rd December 2023

One person was injured in a crash on Highway 82 in Benton County Saturday morning.

According to Washington State Patrol (WSP), a car was heading east on Highway 82, two miles west of Prosser, when the car left the road and hit a guardrail.

WSP says the cause of the crash was "improper lane usage."

WSP says there were two people inside the car that crashed. The passenger was taken to the hospital.

Both the driver and passenger were wearing seatbelts. WSP says no alcohol or drugs were involved in the crash.
