Orange County ,FL : Troopers investigate deadly Orange County crash involving motorcyclist on Tuesday afternoon ,June 16th 2015

investigating a crash where a motorcyclist was killed Tuesday afternoon.
The crash involving a van and motorcycle happened in the eastbound lanes of E. Colonial Drive at Commerce Boulevard around 4 p.m.

According to troopers, the 58-year-old male motorcyclist was trying to change lanes when his leg made contact with the van. The motorcycle crashed onto its side and the victim was thrown off the bike, FHP said.
He was rushed to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he died. The occupants of the van were not injured.
Authorities shut down the eastbound lanes of E. Colonial Drive following the crash, but they have since reopened.
Troopers have not released the name of the motorcyclist.
