Detroit, MI : 17-year-old man died after car crash on the Davison Freeway on Wednesday afternoon, Sep 30, 2015

A 17-year-old from Detroit was killed Wednesday afternoon when the car he was driving lost control on the Davison Freeway and slammed into a bridge support.

Michigan State Police said Muhammed Abdo Hussein's Nissan was going westbound on the freeway at a "high rate of speed" when it crashed under Dequindre Road.

Police didn't immediately release any other details on the crash investigation.
