UPPER MARLBORO, MD : 3 killed in 2 single-car crashes in Maryland suburbs of DC on September, Saturday 9th 2017
Police in Maryland are investigating two unrelated single-car crashes that left three people dead.
Prince George’s County Police said in a news release that the first crash occurred early Saturday. Investigators say 32-year-old Marcus Jackson was driving east on a road in Landover when the car left the road and hit a tree. Jackson and his passenger, 19-year-old Terrell Cord, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Late Saturday night, police say 24-year-old Ibriahim Jalloh of Falls Church, Virginia, was driving west on a road in Fort Washington. Investigators say the car left the road and hit a utility pole. Police say Jalloh was pronounced dead at the scene; his two passengers suffered minor injuries.
