Claremore, OK : Inola man dies in two-vehicle collision in Rogers County on Tuesday, December, 19th 2017
A Rogers County man died Tuesday evening, following injuries he received in a two-vehicle accident in Rogers County.
According to the report of OHP Trooper Russell Stripling, shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday, a 2009 Honda Civic, driven by 23-year-old Matthew Largent of Inola was southbound on NS4195 Road.
At the same time, a second vehicle, a 2002 Chevrolet truck driven by 29-year-old Steve McHenry of Belle Plaine, Kan. was westbound on US412.
When Largent, 23, started southbound across US412, his vehicle was struck by the Chevrolet.
Largent expired and was pronounced dead at the scene from head and trunk external injuries.
Godsey was not injured in the collision.
Trooper Stripling determined failure to yield from stop sign as the cause of the collision.
