Palm Bay,FL : Palm Bay victim identified in State Road 520 crash on July, Wednesday 12th 2017

A 24-year-old Palm Bay man died in a crash Tuesday evening on State Road 520, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

FHP on Wednesday morning identified the man as Christopher Mynheir.

The crash happened shortly after 6 p.m. on SR520 south of James Creek in Orange County.

Mynheir was driving a 2013 Hyundai east in the right lane of SR520 when he ran into the back of a tractor-trailer driven by a 34-year-old Miami man, who was not injured in the crash, an FHP report said.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
