Oklahoma City, OK : Broken Arrow woman killed in Oklahoma City crash on Sunday, March 13, 2016

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said a Broken Arrow woman died after crashing her car Sunday in Oklahoma City.

Pamela Douglas, 51, was northbound on Interstate 35 around 10:35 p.m. when she took the Hefner Road exit, troopers said.

Douglas' Mercedes SUV hit the curb, causing the vehicle to run off the left side of the road.

Authorities said the vehicle hit a road sign before flipping over an unknown number of times and coming to rest on its wheels.

Douglas was pronounced dead at OU Medical Center.

The OHP crash report indicates Douglas was wearing her seat belt.
