Key West, FL : No charges filed in deadly accident on Saturday, February 18th 2017

No charges have been filed against the driver of a van that collided head-on with a scooter Saturday night on North Roosevelt Boulevard, killing Toby McRae, 45, of Key West.

Key West Police spokeswoman Alyson Crean stated that no charges were filed against Jeff Tomita in the accident and police are not investigating.
