Pickaway County, OH : Man killed in single-vehicle crash in Pickaway County on Friday night, November 28, 2014

A Morrow County man died in a one-vehicle crash in Pickaway County on Friday night. Dustin D. Creasap, 27, was driving south on Chillicothe Pike, just north of Williamsport, when he missed a curve and drove off the left side of the road, striking a utility pole, the Pickaway County sheriff’s office said. Speed was likely a factor, investigators said. Deputies were called to the crash at 11:46 p.m. The Dodge pickup truck came to rest on its top with live power lines on it and its doors smashed shut, investigators said. Fire department and emergency medical personnel got Creasap out of the truck after South Central Power Co. shut off the power. Creasap, of Mount Gilead, was pronounced dead at the scene.
