Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist critically injured in North Las Vegas crash Friday night September 18 2015

A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a crash in North Las Vegas this afternoon, according to police.
North Las Vegas Police were called about 3 p.m. to the area near Lone Mountain Road and Camino Al Norte, where the motorcycle was involved in a crash with a car, Officer Aaron Patty said.
The driver of the motorcycle, whose age and gender weren't immediately available, was taken to University Medical Center and is in stable condition, Patty said.
The cause of the incident is under investigation, and the driver of the car remained on scene, he said.
