Family members said Johnson was on her way home from her husband’s graduation from the police academy in Orange Park when the crash occurred. Troopers said Johnson died at the scene.

Eden, 24, both of Sisterville, West Virginia, died at the scene along with passenger David Neal Eden of St. Augustine. A fourth passenger, Rebecca Suzanne Bates, 46, of Keystone Heights, was taken to Orange Park Medical Center, where she was declared dead.
Troopers said Daniel P. Eden III, 4, and Madison Eden, 2, also of Sisterville, were listed in critical but stable condition at UF Health Jacksonville. The incident report indicates that the older child was not wearing a seatbelt or sitting in a car seat.
