Chapin ,SC : One killed in collision along US 76 on Tuesday Morning ,June 30th 2015

One person was killed in an accident on Tuesday morning near Chapin.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is releasing very little information at this time but they say the accident involved a Chevy pick-up truck and a GMC pick-up truck.

It happened on US 76, which is also known as Chapin Road, near the intersection with Crooked Creek Road around 10:45 in the morning.

The driver of the Chevy was transported to the hospital and died from injuries sustained in the accident.

The driver of the GMC was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.
