CHATTANOOGA, TN : Chattanooga woman charged in hit and run death of 60-year-old woman on Wednesday, 26th July 2023

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in the hit and run death of a 60-year-old woman, Chattanooga police say.

CPD says Angel Waugh has been charged with failure to exercise due care and leaving the scene of an accident.
