Denver, CO : Motorcyclist dies following crash into Denver bridge early Friday morning, August 5, 2016

One person was killed and another was hospitalized early Friday morning after a motorcycle crashed into a bridge, according to police.

The crash happened on Interstate 25 when a motorcycle crashed into bridge supports under the 20th Street bridge, according to a 1:26 a.m. Denver police tweet.

Northbound I-25 was shut down during the accident clean up and investigation.

The names of the accident victims have not been released.
