Clarksville, TN : Two young men killed in vehicle crash on October 23rd 2016

A man was charged with vehicular homicide, after an early morning crash killed two young men from Clarksville.

Ho Young Kang, a Georgia resident, crashed into the victims on 101st Airborne Division Pkwy, at the intersection of Trenton Rd.

Kang is also charged with vehicle assault, DUI and a failure to obey a traffic signal.
