Wilmington, NC : Pedestrian hit and killed by pizza delivery car at the 600 block of Morningside Drive Thursday evening, May 5, 2016

EMS, Fire and police responded to an accident that killed one person at the 600 block of Morningside Drive Thursday evening.
According to Lt. Ingram with the Wilmington Police Department, the accident happened around 6 p.m. when a man was getting into his car and got hit by a pizza delivery car. The delivery car then ran into a parked moving van.
EMS performed CPR on the man and he was taken to NHRMC where he later died.
Charges are pending for the accident.
