Riley County, KS : Topeka man dead in head-on crash in the westbound passing lane on Interstate 70, about 1.5 miles west of the Wabaunsee County on Thursday, 30th January, 2020

A Topeka man died after a head-on crash with a semi truck in Riley County Thursday night.

According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Raymond Riis, 72, Topeka, was driving east in the westbound passing lane on Interstate 70, about 1.5 miles west of the Wabaunsee County and Riley County line, at 10:43 p.m.
