Pedestrian struck and killed in McLean

Kentucky State Police say one man is dead after stepping out in front of a vehicle in McLean County.Authorities say 29-year-old Joshua Dame was driving south bound on US 431, just south of KY 250, around 12:30 Sunday morning when 35-year-old James Pickard stepped out in front of his vehicle.Troopers say Pickard was wearing all black and alcohol is being investigated as a possible contributing factor for Pickard stepping into the roadway.State police say the investigation is continuing.
