PLYMOUTH TWP, MI : 3 dead in wrong-way crash, Tesla catches fire on Wednesday, 18th September 2024

Michigan State Police in Washtenaw County are investigating after a Wednesday morning crash left three people dead.

Troopers from the Brighton Post responded to the crash on M-14 near Gotfredson Road in Plymouth Township around 7:18 a.m.

MSP First District has stated that a preliminary investigation shows a 2024 Nissan Rogue was traveling the wrong way on eastbound M-14 and exited the freeway using the eastbound entrance ramp from Gotfredson Road.

The Rogue collided head-on with a 2020 Tesla that was using the ramp to enter the freeway.
