Albany,WI : Two crashes involving 9 vehicles on I-39 NB on Tuesday, 8th May 2018

I-39/90 northbound is shutdown at mile marker 146 near the Beltline after a semi jackknifed and hit a barrier wall. WisDOT says the northbound lane at mile marker 146 will be closed until 12 p.m. on Tuesday for a cushion repair.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, another minor crash happened after the semi hit the wall involving another semi and a car. Three vehicles were involved in the crash and no injuries have been reported.

A second crash involving seven vehicles happened on I-39 NB at mile marker 157 near US-51 in Stoughton, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

The crash happened around 7:54 a.m. on Tuesday and crews are still working to clear the scene.

Authorities said one injury is known at this time
